Program

Complete structure study before renovation

Concept

Renovation of a building from 1972 that initially served as a bank. The new destination is the Head Office of the Mons-Quévy police zone. There were only a few punctual interventions on the existing structure. In particular for the installation of the new circulation: a staircase and elevator. There are also new cells built in the existing half-open cellar in prefacbricated concrete wall elements that were composed in situ. The new cladding consists of prefabricated wooden elements with an overlay in white zinc.
